“Ellis, Island of Dreams”: JCCC

Last minute opportunity!  JCCC has recently offered Legacy 50 FREE tickets to their production of “Ellis, Island of Dreams” on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 10am.

Length:  Approximately 60 minutes
 
Ages:  JCCC recommends 4th – 12th grade, but younger students are also welcome to attend!
 
Cost:  FREE  
           Limit of 2 adults per family group.  
 
PLEASE REMEMBER!  Your online registration is your 100% COMMITMENT to attend the field trip.  Unless you have an illness or emergency, WE WILL SEE YOU THERE.  Thank you for respecting the venue and your fellow LCA families.   
 
There are 50 tickets available.
 
Parent:  If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send your student(s) with another LCA family!
Description from the JCCC website:
 
From 1892 to 1924, Ellis Island was America’s largest and most active immigration station, where over 12 million immigrants were processed. Follow the story of families’ trials, heartbreak and triumphs. Their stories will evoke in your students an understanding that we are truly a nation of immigrants. “Ellis, Island of Dreams” book and lyrics by Debra Clinton. Music and additional lyrics by Jason Marks.
 
Deadline to register for this field trip is MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2017.  No exceptions.

Final details for this Field Trip will be emailed approximately one week before the trip.
