If you wish to withdraw your family or student from LCA, a written notification of your intent is required within fifteen (15) days of the effective date. A withdrawal notice can be requested from our office. Upon receipt of your written notice, tuition obligations for future months will cease. Until we receive notice that you intend to withdraw, you are still enrolled and responsible for tuition charges even if you have been inactive. We cooperate with other schools in transferring permanent records to them upon request. Be sure that all required report cards have been submitted so that the records we send will be complete and up to date. Any outstanding financial obligations to LCA must be settled before we transfer records.
