Brief Description

Join fellow LCA families on the American Royal Field Trip! 

The American Royal Field Trip is designed to educate students with an interactive educational tour and Invitational Youth Rodeo. The Field Trip engages students to connect them to the science of agriculture – food, animals, plants, food sources and the farmers and ranchers.

After touring educational exhibits, students gather in Hale Arena to cheer on youth rodeo contestants in the Invitational Youth Rodeo. This experience gives students the opportunity to see other children their age participating in a true rodeo.

Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for parking and check-in. 

Lunch: Families should bring their lunches. Lunch will occur in Hale Arena inside the American Royal Complex around 12:00pm when the Youth Rodeo begins. 

Ages: Open to all ages

Admission Fees:

Students ages 4-19: $7.00

Parents: Free

3 and under: Free

Limited space available for 60 individuals.
