The plan for the service areas is to have pairs serve at a table (game, craft or food) for 15 minute shifts. We are hoping that this will allow everyone a chance to serve as well as give everyone time to enjoy the party with their kids and fellow mom friends. We are also providing the supplies for the games and crafts so all we need are adults to help run them. To ensure we have enough food and people helping we are asking that families do not come if they have not signed up.

H-M: Salty treat

N-Z: Drinks

Here are the details on how the Valentine’s Day Party works:

• Each student participating needs to create, decorate and bring a “mailbox” to receive valentine’s from other students in their grade group.  This can be as simple as coloring the outside of a paper bag or as ornate as the Titanic (see pictures of last year’s boxes below).  Make sure your student puts their name and grade group somewhere on their “mailbox”.
• Each student needs to bring enough Valentine cards for their grade group.  No need to address who each Valentine is for, just have your student sign their name. 
• Students are welcome to attach candy to their Valentine’s, but please keep in mind we have several students with peanut, gluten and dairy allergies.

Preschool, 3-5: 10

Kindergarten: 10

1st-3rd: 35 (we will make two groups, since this is a large group. Plan for 20 Valentine’s)

4th-6th: 50 (we will make two groups, since this is a large group. Plan for 25 Valentine’s)

7th-8th: 25

9th-12th: 20
