Event: LCA HOCO, this is a fun event to build community and school spirit within our high school group!
Date: Saturday, October 26, 2024
Time: 4:45-10:00pm (approximate)
DETAILS:
Meet at Foundry: 4:45pm (please be prompt, we’d like to give parents the opportunity to snap a few pictures of the kids together before taking group pictures).
Limo ride: Students who would like to ride in the limo will get an opportunity after pictures.
Dinner & Dessert: There will be a variety of soups, a salad bar and fresh bread. Dessert will also be served during the event.
Murder Mystery: The teens will be sent character info ahead of time for a fun murder mystery. This will be a slightly more challenging game that will require some advance research…it will be fun!!
Dancing: At the conclusion of the Murder Mystery, we will have a fun, group dance for the teens!
Photos: There will be group photos as well as an Instant Photo Booth set up for the evening.
Cost: $40.00 per student (includes dinner, dessert, pictures, game and limo ride). This cost was reduced due to the fundraiser and a generous donation!
Guests: LCA students are invited to bring a friend/date. The cost is $45.00 per non LCA student.
Dress Code/Requirements:
HOCO will be a less formal event than Prom, think church-type clothes.
Ladies-Please no strapless dresses, low cut necklines, midriffs, or crop tops. Sheer fabric cut-outs on front midriff are not acceptable. Please also refer to the Dress Code and Code of Conduct in the LCA Parent Handbook HERE.

5:30 Limo ride for those who would like to participate.
6:30 Soup & salad bar.
7:00: Begin murder mystery
8:30 Dessert and conclude murder mystery.
9:00: A few fun dances!
Pick up at Foundry: Approximately 10pm, at the conclusion of the evening.
Deadline: The formal deadline to register and pay for this event is October 14, 2024.
