LCA Moms’ Refresh Retreat

When: March 13th & 14th

Where: Tann Ranch, Olathe, KS

Details: Join us for a refreshing weekend at our 2nd annual Refresh Retreat! Legacy is always celebrating building community, and we’re excited to offer moms another chance to deepen friendships and create new connections. Don’t miss out on this special opportunity to relax, recharge, and bond with fellow LCA moms!

Here is a tentative schedule:

Friday:

4pm-6pm arrival at Tann Ranch

6pm: Dinner

7pm: Session One (speaker: Liz Mains)

8pm: Dessert and Community Hour

9pm: free time/relax time/dance party

Saturday:

7am-8am Coffee & Chat (arrival-for those not spending the night)

8am: Breakfast/Clean up

9:30am: Session Two (worship, then speaker: Johanna Gelatt)

Free time until lunch (enjoy walking the property, relaxing, visiting with friends, etc.)

12pm: Lunch

1pm: Session Three (Speaker: Johanna Gelatt)

3pm: Pack up/Clean up

Overnight Option: There are a limited number of sleeping quarters for those choosing the overnight option. These are shared bedrooms with full bathrooms in each space.

Dessert Challenge: Calling all baking moms! Bring your best dessert on Friday for a fun and friendly competition. The top three treats will win exciting prizes! Let the sweet rivalry begin!

Room Hosts: Love hospitality? We need you! We’re looking for a “Room Host” for each bedroom. As a host, you can choose a theme for your space, bring a small treat to share with your roommates, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s your chance to make the room feel extra special!

Cost: Only $65! This includes three meals, crewneck sweatshirt and craft. Space is limited!
