Withdrawal Procedure

If you wish to withdraw your family or student from LCA and remain in good standing, a written notification of your intent is required fifteen (15) days prior to the effective withdrawal date. Upon receipt of your written notice, tuition obligations for future months will cease. Until we receive notice that you intend to withdraw, you are still enrolled and responsible for tuition charges even if you have been inactive. You are ONLY eligible to attend Class Days, events, and field trips that you are registered for if your tuition is paid for the month in which the event occurs.  We cooperate with other schools in transferring permanent records to them upon request. Be sure that all required report cards have been submitted so that the records we send will be complete and up to date.  Any outstanding financial obligations to LCA must be settled before we transfer records.
